IndeaYoga Beginner Series

IndeaYoga Preparatory Series

Chanting & Prayer

A congenial atmosphere plays a vital role in the accomplishment of any task that we undertake. Prayers, in the form of shlokas create such congenial atmosphere before practicing yoga. When chanted or sung with feeling, prayers create an atmosphere for learning. It also releases emotional suppression, which is one of the root causes of most of the problems and ailments in this modern era.

It requires that the students applying for this course have at least 6 months of hatha yoga practice. (You may as well practice under IndeaYoga certified teachers available close to your location). If this is not the case, you may enroll yourself for the Hatha Yoga Mysore Style Classes before you start your course in teacher training. Priority will be given to our past students and IndeaYoga practitioners.
